Currently salvaging this old car dealership building in downtown Albany which is to become the site of the new fire station. The 3.25" tongue and groove fir flooring is going to be repurposed as wall and ceiling cladding in the new fire department. It has a great worn down patina. They are also saving one of the doors to be used in the new building as well. The walls underneath the cedar shake are a 7" ship lap and the trusses were built with S2S 2x6 with a nice dark patina. The building also has salvageable 6" skip sheathing and 2x floor joist material.
